I try to ensure all item descriptions are as accurate as possible. Since all proceeds go directly to my Charities, I am not willing to accept "change of mind" returns. Be sure before you bid/buy! Only broken/faulty items accepted for return but I must be informed immediately on RECEIPT and item MUST be returned (or in post) within seven days. Item to be returned in same/similar packaging. Full payment will be refunded less a handling charge for Shipping costs.
