We've been selling items online for years - and have recently decided that eBids is the place to sell - for the benefit of our customers.  eBay was restrictive on those who didn't want to use online payment methods and didn't allow the buyer to think for themselves.  Here at eBids, we find that buyers are free to think for themselves and sellers and buyers can mutually agree on the best way for their transaction to be completed without restrictions (and without the gouging fees to the seller which make the seller struggle to keep ahead of the fees.) 

We sell normally vintage estate items - and describe to the best of our ability.  Our motto is, since you can't 'pick it up and look at it, we have to do our best to make you feel like you have done that with our pictures and descriptions. 

Being Catholic, we prefer to not work on Sundays - and often we will still check emails and answer if we can easily do so - without too much work on Sundays, however, sometimes answers will have to wait until Monday (especially if it is about combined shipping.)  If you have a question about an item that you might win being combined with another item or items you might win - we're happy to answer the question ahead of time (before Sunday before the items end) so you can make an informed decision on whether you can afford to bid on all the items and have them shipped!  We do try to ship within 1 day of payment or the same day - especially during holiday seasons.

We are new to eBids, but we are not new to online selling, or customer service.  We treat our customers as we want to be treated when we are buying online - with respect, honesty and compassion.
