Soccer Avenue has hassle free 30 day return policy for all merchandise except soccer jerseys customized with player name and number. We do not accept returns or exchanges for soccer jerseys customized with player name and number. However, we accept returns and exchange for plain soccer jerseys with no player name and number printed on them. Customer must return the product to us in original unworn and unused condition with all the tags attached to receive refund. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost and original shipping fee paid by buyer is non-refundable. Contact us by eBid messaging system for any return policy related questions.
