Didn't have the item; waste of time

Paid for a book, and waited, and waited. No book came. Contacted them and they demanded proof that I had paid them. After that they said they didn't have the book and refunded my money...

Turns out they didn't actually have the item they were auctioning. Ridiculous waste of time.

Item not shipped after after 5 days and no reply to e-mail. Spoke to seller on the phone and the refund was activated. I don't believe the item was ever in stock! Beware!
