All we ask from our customers is that you read our listings and ask any questions before placing a bid.
We ask that payments are made within 3 days after winning an auction, if you are paying by cheque or postal order then please email us for postal details first, we do not accept bank transfares, or international cheques.
We will accept returns on most items, but you must email us within 7 days and the item must be returned using secure postal service within 14 days, the cost of return is the buyers responsibility but if it is an item we have more than 1 in stock we will send a replacement free of charge.
Any refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item back in the condition it was sent.
Our items are sent out using Royal mail we offer you the choice of 1st class, recorded or special delivery, the last 2 being more secure form of postal service with tracking details being forwarded when sent out, please make sure your postal details are correct as once an item is sent out it will be your responsiblity.
Any problems please contact us through Ebid messages and we will answer as soon as possible, if we do not answer within 24hrs it is possible we have not received the email, please send again.
