Due to the nature of Special Occasion clothing (in most cases a one time wear item) we do not accept returns. Absolutely NO returns on personalized items.
  
         > For non Special Order Items, Diaper Cakes & Towel Cakes, we accepting a returns and must be in their original condition and come with their original package, and the package must be intact and in good condition when the item is returned.

• We charge a 10% restocking fee on any order returned, refused or considered undeliverable for the brand-new products.
