RETURNS

  We offer our customers a 7 Day Moneyback Guarantee - no questions asked!

If for some reason you do not love a product you purchase from us you can return it to us for a full refund less the cost of shipping.

Please notify us through the eBid "contact us" form.

All returned items must be in original condition and complete with original accessories and packaging.

Please note that you return the item to us at your own expense and risk by insured means with adequate packaging to protect in transit from damage.

Until you return the products to us you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable steps to ensure they are not damaged and that the packaging is not defaced.

If product is returned in unacceptable condition, we will offer only a partial refund based on condition of goods returned.

Goods that have been advertised as 'sold as described', "faulty" or "what you see is what you will get" can not be returned.
  

PAYMENT
Please pay within 24 hours of purchase, or contact us if this is a problem.
If payment is not received within 4 days, unpaid item case will be opened.
On the 6th day of the end of the auction item will be re-listed and also unpaid item will be recorded on the buyer's account.

DISPATCH
Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days once payment has cleared.
Please make sure your shipping address is updated.
If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment.
Once you complete the checkout process and submit payment, we will not be able to amend your shipping address.
We have no responsibility for shipping address provided.
If the package is returned by address issue, buyer will be charged for return shipping and reshipping fee or we will refund the original amount deducted by shipping cost.
We reserve the right to reject to ship to the unconfirmed address.

SHIPPING ISSUES
Items will not be considered "unreceived" until a period of 15 working days (UK) or 20 working days (abroad)
after the date of dispatch if Royal Mail service has been used for delivery.
This is the length of time that Royal Mail say must pass before they will consider any item lost.

ACTION UPON DELIVERY
A signature is required by the recipient on most of our deliveries.
All goods must be checked closely at time of delivery before signing for the item(s).
If you inspect goods and find any damage, please refuse the delivery and do not sign for the goods.
This will ensure that the consignment is returned to us where it can be inspected, replaced/refunded and ultimately re-delivered.
If goods are signed for unchecked and are subsequently found to be damaged then customer must inform us within 24h of receiving the goods.
If the buyer doesn't submit the claim for damage goods within this time frame; the claim will be refused.
We cannot offer a free collection or refund a postage cost of damaged goods that have been accepted and signed for at time of delivery.

SHIPPING COST to UK
Shipping and delivery cost are for UK Mainland (GB) only.
The following locations fall under the category of UK - non-Mainland and incur different charges than that of UK - Mainland (GB):
The Isle of Man (IM), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY and JE), Scilly Isles (TR21), Western Scottish Isles (HS), Orkney (KW), Shetland Isles (ZE).
If your delivery location falls outside of the UK Mainland (GB) and you are interested in purchasing from us please contact us for a quote before buying.
Due to the differing weights and dimensions of items, we look into each Non-UK Mainland delivery individually.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE of the EU
The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and local taxes.
Please verify with your customs before purchase.

COLLECTION
Local collection is welcome from South West (SW6) London.
Payment has to be made in cash at time of collection.
Items that are collected cannot be returned once removed from the premises - please inspect them thoroughly before taking away.

FEEDBACK
Once goods are received please leave 5* feedback.
This will not only tell us the buyer receive its goods, but it will also allow us to leave feedback to complete the transaction.
If for some reason received goods are not of satisfactory quality, please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can sort out the problem.

WARRANTY
The seller or manufacture warranty will be clearly stated in the listing at no extra cost to the buyer.
In the rare case that an item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault (the fault has not been caused by mis-use of the item) we will offer a full refund within a 30 day period, except for items listed as "faulty", "untested" or "what you see is what you get"
