I am an experienced sales person with an affection for dealing with people and making customer service a priority.  I usually sell the exact items I myself am very much interested in, like jewelry and high end skin care, and anything I find that I can pass on a good savings to my customers from leather goods, stained glass, collectibles, to almost anything.

I believe in making sure I give my customers the best information and explanation of the product(s) they are buying so that when you receive your items, you are getting exactly what you bought.  I do have a no return policy, however, if something goes really, really bad, say in shipping you can contact me.  This has not been an issue at all since I package very carefully and make sure the post office does not machine anything that can't be machined.  I also have a 3 point quality check in place on every order. 

I also use different suppliers for some items and they have been in business for many years and they ship direct. They have a service team that follows through and in the unlikely event that something should go wrong, they will make every effort to correct the situation and the service team makes all final decisions.

The Alpaca Silver and Murano Glass jewelry is one of my passions to sell because the jewelry is silver, never tarnishs or rusts, and extrememly light weight, and beautiful.  Fashion magazines are saying it's not only a trend today but will be a hot item for years to come.  I can understand that, since the variety of styles and colors is almost unlimited.  Choose a color for every outfit or a neutral color for everyday.  Frankly the earrings are so light, I fall a sleep with them on every night and they are truly durable, however since they are glass you need to use common sense on the care and handling but with regular everyday wear, you should not have a problem.  Regardless of how you wear your hair, what outfit you are wearing, this line of jewelry is a huge enhancement to your wardrobe. 

Another passion of mine is skin care.  I have many years of experience in the beauty industry and I bring you products that really work.  I'm a big fan of Dead Sea Mineral products because it has done wonders for my own appearance.  I wll always look for the best and bring you products I have tried or friends have tried so that I know your getting some of the best products I can find, but sell at a reasonable price.

I am determined to ship within 2 days of payment clearing but I do list 2-3 days after payment clears just in case I have an emergency or similar situation occurs.  I ship Monday thru Friday, rarely on Saturday.  I do have great feedback elsewhere (I have posted a link above so you can go and see all my stores and my rating) for my quick, speedy shipping. 

Some of the merchandise is ordered through my warehouse and in those cases the processing time is 2-5 days.  I want my customers to be happy and that makes me happy.  I  thank all of you for looking and hope you enjoy shopping.  Thanks!!!

Please note that I do have a no return/no refund policy unless I'm not able to fill your order for some reason (i.e. out of stock).  A filled order is considered 1 that either has a tracking #, a delivery confirmation or a postal receipt with your zip code or a manifest from the supplier showing either your name, zip code or both.  I will however, work with my customers in the unusal event that something has gone wrong in order to make my customers happy.  Also please be sure that your address on both the order and the account you use to pay for the merchandise is correct.  I'm not responsible at all for orders that I send to an incorrect address.  If you've moved please check to be sure you have the correct addresss listed.

If I use one of my suppliers and place an order through my warehouse, some items have a return or replacement policy depending on the situation and all matters must get a confirmation from my suppliers if they will refund, replace or close the case depending on the situation.  All decisions are final by the suppliers service team.  Should the service team decide you can return the item because you changed your mind, you may be required to take pictures and if your approved for a refund, you will have a 30% restocking fee and must pay for the return postage.

On some auctions and buy it nows I accept Google checkout and on all auctions and buy it nows I accept paypal.  Don't have a paypal account or forgot your password?  Don't worry, paypal will process via a secure website your payment if you don't have an account or forgot your password.  They have implemented this new processing method late of 2009.
