Some Information About sheila1952
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
My name is Sheila Maughan and I live in a small town (Hebburn) in the North East of England. I have been buying and selling on Ebay for a number of years and I am getting increasingly fed up with all the charges. I have been a member of ebid for quite a while now, but I have not used it as a serious option. So I am now going to ditch ebay asap and start using Ebid.
I sell mostly clothes and I often have household names ie: Pringle,Nike etc Most of these are new with tags. but I will always tell the customer if there is any faults on them ar that they have been used at all.
I also sell some ceramics and jewellery which belong to my sister and have not been used but she is having a clear out as we have nowhere to store them anymore.
I will always try to be fair with my shipping costs and only pass the actual P&P costs on to the customer.
I will accept returns from customers, offering a full refund if the product is not as described or is faulted or damaged, they must be returned within 7 days in original packaging.
I always get proof of posting for all packages and will do my best to help if an item has been lost in the post.
I will accept cheques and postal orders but will not send good until cheque clears. I will always keep customer informed as to progress.
I send packages within 3 working days of payment received and will inform cust when it has been sent.
I am happy to discuss any problems or answer any questions from buyer about any products and will always be truthful in my answer to the best of my ability
