I am terry and through ill health disabled after being a hotelier for past 18 years in Bedfordshire & over 33 years as a licence both manager 7 years & tenant 26 yrs.

I am terry and through ill health disabled after being a hotelier for past 18 years in Bedfordshire & over 33 years as a licence both manager 7 years & tenant 26 yrs.
I started selling on ebay with items from the “£1” shop for £3.99. +p&p about a year ago. I had always worked my life and never been out of work and spent long hours but I enjoyed it, and reaped the rewards a lot of it by customer satisfaction. I am now in a wheelchair and no longer able to work. I moved to Scotland 2006 and have to say due to my condition I am very well looked after by the doctors and hospitals. That was one of the main reasons for moving up here and found that coming from Newcastle originally the people very friendly. The house suits y needs perfectly and find the council is way ahead of anything in England regarding my care and the amenities, they all try very hard to look after disabled people.
I live with one of my six children, 22 year old Oliver who has just completed his degree in business management and is taking a year out to look after me as I need 24 hour care. He is contemplating doing a degree in human resources or teaching, but not sure yet. He has settled a lot more than I imagined and has a nice steady girlfriend. He occupies the upstairs which is a bit like star trek with all the wires and gadgets carrying a “danger hazards warning” notice on his door!! Lol the profile photo is of the both of us.
We started with a ebay account which has grown a lot quicker than we thought to the point we are now opening up a shop outside of ebay. However due to ebays greed and inreased charges we have also decided to move further afield. . Oliver took a year out to help me wind up the hotel etc and started back in full time education when we moved to Ayr in 2006 doing h.n.c. And 2007 h.n.d. And 2008 B.A. In business management
