Paid for item by NoChex immediately. Received confirmation of payment and an email saying item would be sent within 4 - 5 days. Over two weeks and a couple of unanswered emails later I still haven't received the item. Gave seller opportunity to come back to me but nothing. So negative feedback posted.

Pathetic customer service, will not reply to any e- mails. I paid day after auction by nochex, and i want it returning please. No goods sent to date. The phone number on their website is now disconnected, looks like they have done a runner with my money. Lots of neg feedback on e-bay now too, DO NOT BID ON ANY OF THEIR AUCTIONS, i understand they are suspended anyway though.

They took my money on 29th April as I phoned and paid by card but since then I have phoned and emailed many times THEY DONT EVEN REPLY STILL NO GOODS RECEIVED OR EXP:ANATION I am disgusted with them

brought 3 items which arrived a month late (something to do with a mix up at the post office) but the items were alright except for the phone case, which although being obviously the right one, didn't have holes in the right places for the buttons.

I paid within 3 working days. They ‘said’ that they had sent the item to me (but wouldn’t give me the royal mail tracking number), and that it had got lost in the post. After 4 months of me chasing they sent me a wrong item, which I sent back to them. I did receive a refund but they were not al all pro- active and I had to constantly chase them. It was a shame because the were nice enough people.
