Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item, we can offer an exchange provided the item is still in its packaging / seal. The customer will be responsible for all associated delivery fees. We must be contacted within 7 working days of the item being delivered. Please contact us if you would like an exchange.
Please note that cosmetics and fragrances are excluded for hygene reasons.
Refunds
Please inform us within 7 working days after you have received the package if you would like a refund, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. We cannot however offer any form of refunds on cosmetics & fragrances due to hygiene reasons.
Please note we will NOT refund an item that we can see has been tested or used in any way. This is for hygiene reasons. Items must be resaleable. We will only refund costs incurred to send the item back to us where there has been an error on our part.
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense with proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost in transit. You must ensure that the items are adequately packaged to ensure against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection. You will be responsible for the return of the goods until we receive them, we will not refund payment if we do not receive the goods back. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please see below.
Returns for Faulty/Misdescribed Goods
If you have received an item that is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered so that we may resolve the situation with you as soon as possible. If it results in you having to return the item then again you must ensure that the products are adequately packaged to ensure against damage and we will require proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items being lost in transit.
