SemiTech is a business out of Central Massachussetts. We sell Generic electronics that are just as good as the branded ones, but cost a lot less. All of the products we sell are all held to a very high standard, and are guaranteed to be great. SemiTech sell Android Tablets, Android Tablet Accessories, iPad Accessories, iPhone Accessories, Speakers, Bluetooth Headphones, and Gadgets.
Shipping and Handling
SemiTech ships all products same day or next business day. It is possible it can take up to two business days, but this is extremely unusual.
SemiTech always offers Free USPS First Class shipping on all its products. A Product can be upgraded to USPS Priority shipping usually for $3.99 extra.
A Tracking Number will always be provided on all items shipped.
Return Policy
SemiTech knows that you will love all of its products, but if you don't, or it arrived broken, then here are your options for a replacement:
-If your item arrives broken, SemiTech will send you money to ship your item back to us, and we will ship you a new item as soon as we have one in stock for free.
-If you decide you don't want it anymore, you can return the unopened item within 3 days and get a full cash refund. The Buyer is required to pay shipping.
-The Buyer has up to 5 days to ship the item to semitech if it has been opened and wants a refund. The Buyer must pay shipping, and 75% of the cost of the item will be refunded.
-If the item breaks, but not caused by the user, ie droppings, scratches... the buyer can exchange it for a new or refurbished item up to 14 days. Buyer has to pay return shipping.
