Our return policies for all the store fronts on here are as follows:
Defective Items or Damages: If your item comes to you defective or damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace it with the same item only if the following conditions are met:
1. Contact us as soon as you receive the item if it is defective or damaged in en route for a Return Number.
2. Buyer pays for shipping and understands that her or his shipping will be reimbursed when we reship your replacement item.
3. No restocking fee will be applied for damaged or defective goods
Non-defective and Non-damages Returns: If you wish to return non-defective and non-damaged items the following procedures apply:
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a Return Number.
2. Buyer pays for return shipping and will not get reimbursed for shipping.
3. Give reason why you want to return item, your name, order number, a number to contact you and your address. You will be issued a Return Number at this time.
4. Any non-damaged or non-defective will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee and the buyer will be given a store credit to use on a future purchase.
No Return Number: if you return an item and do not call to get a Return Number, the item will be refused and sent back to Buyer COD. We will not accept any item without a Return Number.
