At Play and LearnUK we pride ourselves on getting Quality Products at very reasonable prices for Children to get fun out of their play with the potential to also learn whilst doing so.
We do not make money on postage. What you pay for postage is what we pay to either Royal Mail or Parcelforce plus the wrapping, envelope or box etc. As you may know the postage costs have recently been revised by Royal Mail and all businesses have had to adjust to the new postage rates. If you purchase two or more items then the postage will be combined but please email me first to check the actual costs. Delivery rates and weights are below: All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force Courier.

Our postage rates include the recorded delivery charge of 68p, so all orders must be signed for by the customer.
All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.
Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via Parcel Force courier.
Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and
may incur additional postage. The basket will calculate the additional postage
for you.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm
x 460mm x 460mm.
Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length
plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

Terms of Sale
All orders are by cleared funds only. Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched within 24 hours of the payment showing in our account. Orders received that are incorrect or damaged should be advised within 24 hours of delivery. All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. Returned items should be sent recorded for your security. If a returned product is found to be not faulty the product will be returned to you at your expense. A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability. Every effort is made to ensure that the information is accurate, but we accept no liability for any errors or typos on the site.
