Shipping:
-We are able to ship to almost any country in the world, with a normal ship time of 10-15 business days. If you do not see a shipping rate for your country, please email us for a quote.
-We only ship to credit card billing address or confirmed Paypal addresses.
-All packages are insured for loss or damage. It is the buyer's responsibility to check for damage when received and to submit claims to the shipping service. It is highly recommended that you inspect your packages in front of the delivery service.
The Shipping Process:
-After your order has been placed and payment received, your wheels are sent from our one of our warehouses to our International Processing Center(IPC). Once at the IPC, they are thoroughly checked to ensure that the product is correct and without damage and then repackaged and shipped to you. This means that normally you would receive tracking information from us after about 5 business days.
-If your item is a special order item, it will take about 2-3 weeks for us to receive it from the manufacturer, before we forward it to you.
Returns/Cancellations:
-Order cancellations can only be made for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item(s) leave the IPC, we cannot refund the shipping charge and there will be a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the item.
-Any returns or return shipping are the responsibilty of the buyer. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to shipping. We will not refund our original shipping charge and there will be a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the item.
-If item is refused and returned to us we will not refund any return charges that we have to pay. If the return charges are covered under the restocking fee, there will be no additional charge.
