As I am passionate about anything Victorian, and I live in a Victorian house, it was only natural for me to choose to make a Victorian Dollshouse - hence began my passion for Miniatures. I enjoy immensely the creativity involved with this hobby and get a huge amount of satisfaction from it. Having sold my own little creations, accessorised and reupholstered furniture along with commercial items on Ebay for a while now, resulting in the great feedback received from customers, adds to that pleasure and makes the time and effort all worthwhile - thank you one and all for your appreciation and helping me to continue to do what I enjoy doing the most! I hope that I will be able to continue this trend here on Ebid in the future, with lots of past, present and future customers! I am very proud of my feedback accrued over the last few months so be assured that you will be offered the same care and customer service that is indicated by the comments entered to date Quality not Quantity is my motto! It has always been my aim to offer customers quality and individuality at affordable prices and so have the joy of being able to add a little something unique and lovingly-made to their little 'mini-worlds'. Some of my handmade items are OOAK in which case that will be stated in the listing MY PAYMENT AND POSTAGE POLICIES My payment and postage policies are quite simple, in that payment is required within 7 days unless further bidding is taking place that will extend that time - in that case please just send a message to that effect and I will be happy to wait. As far as postage and packaging is concerned, I always recycle wherever possible to try to keep this cost to a minimum and am always happy to combine postage for multiple purchases - in this case please request an invoice so that I can make the appropriate changes Would potential International buyers please contact me prior to buying or bidding for the relevant postage charge, or failing that before payment Goods are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt of cleared payment - I post everyday from Monday to Friday I almost always use 1st-class Royal Mail, except when an item clearly doesn't warrant that cost, or is a very heavy item, in which case I use 2nd-class Royal Mail or Standard Parcel Post to keep costs down. This will be stated on individual listings. I always obtain a proof of posting and am happy to post via 'Recorded Delivery' at buyers request and cost if required MY RETURNS POLICY All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt I take every care to ensure your purchase arrives in a satisfactory condition, but should you be at all dissatisfied with any of my items then please email me prior to leaving feedback - I am always willing to help resolve problems or issue a refund
