The Rare Coin Warehouse is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in beautiful sunny Denver, Colorado USA. We are the premier source for all of your investment and collectible coin needs whether collecting, trading, or investing. We are family owned and operated and well connected and trusted in the coin community. We are new to eBid, but have been selling coins on the internet in our own internet retail store(Check us out for great deals and coins) AND on the other large auction site for many years with over 100,000 successful transactions of beautiful coins under our belt. As mentioned we are new to eBid, so we only have a few small auctions up there, but plan on listing many more in the days and weeks to come such as Morgan and Peace Silver Dollars and Gold Coins as well.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Your order will be packed safely and securely and will generally ship within 24 hours of cleared payment unless it is a weekend in which case it will be shipped Monday morning.
We only charge $1.99 for the first auction won and .49 for each additional coin/auction paid for on the same invoice. PLEASE wait to pay until you are finished bidding, even if it takes up to a week or so. That way your discount will be automatically applied and your coins will all ship together. We sell hundreds of coins a week and have no idea who is making multiple purchases if they're not paid for on the same invoice.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping in most cases. Your order will be covered against loss and/or damage. Most items will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail and orders with high dollar value will be shipped Registered Mail. The method of shipment will be left to our discretion.
RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem of any kind, please contact us and we will work to resolve it. Our goal is to maintain 100% positive feedback and for our customers to be complete satisfied. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price including ORIGINAL shipping charges within 7 days for any reason... No Questions Asked. We certainly don't want you to keep anything you are unhappy with.
If the item has been opened or tampered with in any way (graded and slabbed coins), refund/credit will not be given as we do not ship faulty products unless specifically noted beforehand.
