Please make your payment within 1 week of the auction ending.
I am pleased to except payment by Paypal,PPPay, or you can send me a cheque or postal order.Please allow 2 weeks to clear a cheque. I post out on a wednesday and saturday following your payment. I will send an email to you when the item has been posted out. Each auction states the method of posting (normally 1st class), but if you require a different method or insurance let me know before you pay.
I obtain proof of postage on all items that are sent out,and therefore will not accept liability for items that do not arrive, however i will assist you with your claim should the need arise.
If the item is not as described in the auction listing i will be happy to offer a refund when the item is returned in the original packaging. The return postage costs will NOT be included in any refund made. If the item is damaged then let me know and i will sort something out.
