Hi and welcome to my all about me page.
I sell a range of clothing and accessories for all the family, both new and pre loved, and all my items come from a smoke free environment.
I aim to post items out next day whenever possible. However I work full time and am a wife and mother and sometimes it just is not possible. I will always let you know if I cannot post within three working days of item selling and offer you the option of a refund. I hope it never happens and you receive your items in good time but just in case I wanted to be clear about my policy. If you do not receive your item within a week and you have not heard from me then please contact me so I can chase it up. Please don't leave negative feedback without contacting me first as I aim to rectify any problems and will either post out another item or issue a refund.
