(Please take a moment to read the boring legal stuff. Its not too long-winded but may prove important!)
About me....
I live with my husband in North Wales. I love crafting, but always end up with too much stuff! This is my place to sell some of my excess from my crafts and also vintage postcards.
I occasionally have other bits and pieces too, so keep checking my shops.
Please feel free to ask any questions about any of my listings and I will do my best to help.
Legal information
Shipping
All products will be delivered to the address held by ebid or paypal unless you stress otherwise. If you do not accept delivery and the item is returned, you become liable for any charges incurred by subsequent re-posting to either your or another address.
Most items are shipped the next day, but I can not be held accountable for any postal delays. Weather, customs hold ups etc are not in my control.
Any and all customs charges are met by the buyer.
Postcards are securely packaged in a card backed envelope.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are not accepted unless I have inaccurately described an item. All photographs on a listing constitute part of the description. I am not a business and my items are of very low value, so a return is not always a cost effective option. Evidence of "not as described" must be provided by you before any refund can be considered.
In the rare case of a missing item, please allow a realistic amount of time before contacting me. Delivery to the USA for example can take in excess of six weeks.
Payment
Payment should be made within seven days Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback and reported to ebid.
Privacy Policy
Your safety while shopping online is important. Please rest assured that I use a secure paypal server to accept your payment.
I do not give out your email address or any other information to any third parties for any reason apart from the postal service to facilitate delivery. As a private seller, I do not store your information, digitally or otherwise for longer than it takes to ensure safe delivery of your item.
Private Seller
I do not "buy to sell". The money from transactions does not form all or part of any income.
Private sellers are not subject to the same rules and regulations as a business, but I will always try to provide a caring and safe place to buy.
I do not generally accept returns as my items are of low value, and I am not a business. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, then please contact the post office regarding a refund as it becomes their responsibility once posted. Thank you
