Giving you a little more insight into the seller.

I know--I look like Santa! Hey-I have fun with it. I'm just a small time coin collector from Georgia (Go Dawgs!) Trying to get away from E-Thieves. Sell mainly US Coins, but don't forget to look in my "Ends and Odds" store for a little of everything else. Let me know of anything you might need--never know!

Grading

I try to grade honestly using photograde. Since grading is a subjective matter, you must decide if the grade if fair. If you feel that I am way off, send me a note and we'll talk about it. Customer satisfaction is my main goal.

Postage

I will ship up to 5 single coins to buyers in the continental U.S. for $2.50. This includes a padded mailer and Delivery Confirmation. Non-Domestic shipping will be calculated. Groups, lots, collections, etc. will be shipped at auction quoted shipping price. Additional single coin items purchased in my coin store will be shipped for an additional $0.20 ea. I always ship in a padded mailer. Items in my other stores will be shipped at auction quoted shipping prices. Insurance is recommended, but optional.

Refunds

Most items carry a 10 day return period. Refund will be price paid less shipping and handling (Unless my error). Coins must be in original un-opened holders to qualify for refund. My main objective is to have happy customers so please notify me first before returning or leaving neg. feedback. I'm sure we can reach an amicable solution.

Shipping

I usually ship within 48 hours upon receiving payment. If I forsee any delays, I will notify asap.

Photos

Please note: I take very high-resolution photos of all my auctions. I feel this gives the buyer a very detailed look at the merchandise. However, it does make most coins appear much worse than they are in real life. All the coins are much nicer than what is shown in the photos. Please keep this in mind when bidding.

Feedback

Feedback is a necessary part of online sales. Most people check a seller's feedback before buying. I leave positive feedback on receipt of payment. After you have received your items and everything is in good order, please leave positive feedback for me. I make every effort to be fair and understanding. I Grade using Photograde. If you ever feel that I have over-graded something or that a price is out of line--Please drop me a note and I will gladly talk it over with you.
