We aim to bring you the latest trends from the highstreet & catwalk, Including designer style clothing and big name brands. We will also be bring new design styles from local up and coming designers.. and who know they just may be tomorrows next big thing

Our Refund & Return Policies
 
At Pixie Boutique our customers are the very most important people, We value you business and want you to tell all of your friends how great we treated you! to reflect this I have put together a fair return policy to protect you and your consumer rights
Item not as descibed:
If you feel that the item you have purchased and received does not match my description you may send this item back for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, please email me first on and let me know and I will ask that you send the item back to me. If this happens it is my sole responsibility to pay for the return postage cost of the item.
Returning item for a different size
If you receive your item and it doesn't fit you may send the item back and exchange it for another size, in this instance the item must be sent back in it's original condition and with the tags (if they were present) attached. In this instance it is up to you the buyer to cover the cost of the return postage - although if I sent you the wrong size or the size does not reflect the actual size of the item described then you are entitled to a full refund and I am responsible for paying the return postage of the item.

Pixiebo.com is an online fashion boutique for ladies who  love fashion and shopping!

At Pixiebo.com I want you to experience the feel of a boutique with the added advantage of saving time by being able to shop online.

Pixiebo.com is run by just me - Lucy - and unlike a mass Market shop/chain/website I personally go out and source the clothes and make sure they are unique, the designers I find only produce limited numbers of stock so you can be sure to be the only person in the room with it on.

Also  as i only carry a small selection of designers at one time and I make sure they  are on the current trend making sure what you by from us is always on style.
