How do I return my item?
If for some reason you have to return an item to PMD - Pimp My Doggie Clothing & Accessorieswe recommend that you package your item well and get proof of postage, this way you will be able trace your item through the carrier that you have chosen to use.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone at the moment but we do accept payments through our secure payments page on our website or through Paypal on our Ebid shop, or you can always send us a cheque.
My item is faulty – what do I do?
If your item arrives faulty please send it back to us andwith all tags intact and we will replace is as soon as possible.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient service. Once you have paid for your items we will endeavour to ship your goods the next working day via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as long as your item is in stock. If your item is out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If this does occur we will contact you first.
Do you offer refunds?
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from PMD - Pimp My Doggie Clothing & Accessories we are happy to offer you a full refund if the item is returned to us undamaged within 7 days of purchase.
What are your payment methods?
We use PayPal and Google Checkout which are secure payment systems to process all major credit and debit card transactions. This way you have peace of mind when shopping at Pimp My Doggie Clothing & Accessories

What are your postage costs?
Our postage and packaging costs to the UK are £1.95. All other European destinations are £3.95.
I am not at home when my item is going to be delivered – what happens?
If you are not home when your item arrives the carrier will leave a card through your letterbox with all the details of how to obtain your package.

What are the sizes of your collars?
Our collars come in a variety of different sizes. You should always measure your dog before ordering a collar. Once you have done this and chosen which design of collar you would like you will need to refer to the sizes at the bottom of the page of your chosen collar. If in doubt go for a larger size.
How do I measure my dog?
We feel it is vital that you measure your dog before placing your order with us.
MEASURING FOR COLLARS
You need to get a fabric measuring tape and measure your dogs neck. To ensure a comfy fit for your pooch add an extra 1 inch to the actual size.
MEASURING FOR CLOTHING
All you need to do is measure the length of your dog from the back of the neck to the base of the tail. Then you will need to measure the chest of your dog - this will be behind the front legs. You must measure all the way round the chest. Once you have done this refer to the sizes available and pick the size you require for your dog.

Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
All products supplied by Pimp My Doggie have been carefully selected and manufactured to a high standard. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods you have the option of changing the product through our returns system or a refund. This does not affect your statuatory rights.
