Auction Sales Policy: Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the sellers sole discretion. Negative feedback will also be left.
Shipping Details: We use Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery to Mainland UK. International Shipping rates are available on request. The seller will obtain a postal certificate for all items mailed. The seller accepts no responsibility for the none delivery of any item where a postal certificate has been obtained. It is strongly recommended that the buyer requests insurance /recorded delivery at an additional charge when making a purchase. All products are delivered within 2/5 working days unless stated in the product description above. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment.
Returns: In the unlikely event that a product needs to be returned, all returns must include all the original items, undamaged, in re-saleable unused condition, all the original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. You must contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving the product stating your reason for wanting to return the item/s. For health and safety reasons, there are certain items, such as body jewellery, earings etc which cannot be returned. Sorry, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
