We have been selling quality used books at very competative prices online now for over two years .
We liked it so much we decided to expand and became a business in September 2010 selling other products that are aimed towards overall wellbeing and called it 'Soothing Ideas' .

Dispatch and Postage
We post daily from Monday to Saturday so as soon as payment has been received your item will be sent same or next working day.
We take pride in how well we pack our goods and to keep your costs down we send via Royal Mail second class delivery and recorded delivery for the more expensive items and we always retain proof of purchase.
Should you want your items posted first class, recorded, courier etc please send us a message and we will arrange this for you.
Buyers outside of the UK please contact us for postage costs if it is not already listed on advert.

Returns
We understand that occasionally you may wish to return goods to us. You can return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If an item has been opened we will only accept the return if the product is found to be faulty.
•If you are returning an item because of error on our part, or because it's faulty, we will refund both the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
•If you are returning items other than as a result of errors on our part or product defects then you will be responsible for the original delivery charge and the return costs.
