Our business runs five companies and they are now named under one company name which is NPC RETAIL LIMITED, we decided to change the company name just last year and it has become successful, most of our revenue comes from our retail telecommunications company as we are able to specialise more into mobile phones and we have exclusive access to suppliers from all over the world where we have settled agreements with them and that is why we can also win more customers' as we are big in giving good customer service, most people think that because we spend money on giving outstanding customer service our products and services will be more expensive.
When in actual fact we can sell and we do sell our products/ services cheaper than any other retailer. We promise that if you find another ocmpany selling and offering the same as us but at a cheaper price we guarantee to price match with them and give you an extra 10% discount on top of that and you also get to keep our outstanding customer service.
Our plan is to go through every shopping channel there possibly is as well as selling through our own channels and to give the UK a trust over online shopping with us and to be able to save money.
