very good in the actual auction, but got to annoying when it came to tracing goods that had gone missing in postage, and seemed to expect me to refund him when he had not asked me for postage insurance, for all future bidders on my auctions please note that my policy is that if i send a product without insurance it stops being my responsibility as soon as it goes over the post office counter, but if a buyer requests insurance i will refund up to the value of the insurance, and 50% of any insurance not used will be refunded.
