GEOPOSTCODE is just a new born company to embrace several projects and its commercialization based on UK full postcode coverage and in a near future some more countries with a similar accurated postcode system.

Our Products are mainly focused towards two different customers: Software Makers and End Users.

For Software Makers we produce accurate databases in many formats to suit every specification. It can be said as tailored databases. Of course, the core of them, postcodes linked to latitude, longitude coordinates, never changes, but them can be supplied in different order, format, compression, encryption, grids, etc.

UK database contains in this moment 1,866 million full postcodes. They can pinpoint even places like private roads, industrial estates and "no named" streets and roads that cannot be reached using other searching methods.

Also we have developed a special algorithm to make the searches for a given postcode just instantly. To do it with typical indexing methods is not a new thing but the cost in terms of memory space is very expensive. When that memory space becomes precious is when our system makes the point as it uses less than 1% of original database size.

For End Users we have produced our own program UKPC2TTN (UK postcode to TomTom Navigator), currently working with TomTom Navigator v. 2 and 3. It has the same full UK postcode database toghether with that special searching algorithm to produce brilliant results. It can show on TomTom map any UK Postcode in much less time than needed with just TomTom. And of course no more troubles with no named streets and roads, industrial estates or private roads.

The program has a few more features a some more are coming. At the moment a given postcode can be shown on map, navigate to or to be included as part of an itinerary (just for TTN v. 3).

Our goal is to maintain updated our postcodes databases linked to geographical coordinates to get you on the move with a minimal part of the time you expend before looking on maps for addresses.

We priorize our customer support trying to make every process very easy, but mainly trying to get your troubles sorted when the things become twisted and dark for you as we are aware not everybody is computer literate.
