We retail primarily in used books and also stock new books, rare and old books, DVDs and PC video games. We always endevour to provide the very highest standard of service to established customers and potential customers alike.
Having run a successful bookshop in West Yorkshire, England, we now sell books, dvd's & New Age items from our Ebid™ store front: HOUSE OF BOOKS YORKSHIRE.©
We are a dedicated husband and wife business and always strive to give that friendly personal touch when we can, which makes buying from us a stress-free and happy experience.
We specialise in alternative & paranormal titles and northern UK history, but have also recently built up our collection of military and war, sci-fi fiction, rare study & text books for schools and colleges and natural history titles too, plus many more subjects for all ages.
We have some quite rare books in our collections, covering all sorts of subjects, fact & fiction and set our prices on these with collectors looking for a bargain in mind.
We always try to keep our prices at a realistic and appropriate level, however, we will try to offer bargains on book titles when we can, and run regular sales through our Ebid™ Store front.
Our list of currently available titles is ever growing and we always hold at least 4000 books for sale, so if you are on the lookout for that rare or hard to find title or just need a copy of a popular novel, get in touch with us, we might have it in our inventory and would be very happy to help you purchase it through Ebid™.
