Hi,
My name is Norman, I have been making and selling Humorous signs and plaques at Craft fairs, Markets and out door Shows for the past 10yrs. Before that I was a Carpenter and Joiner by trade who did a bit of painting for pleasure,now I merge the two, and the signs and plaques I make were born. I now have a few hundred different sign and plaque patterns and hundreds of sayings to match the items I make.Though not all my own designs every item is hand made from start to finish. Each one beginning life as part of the 8ftx4ft sheets of material I purchase to make them.
Each item is cut out using a Scroll Saw it is then basecoated, sanded,then has 3 coats of base colour applied,the pattern is then applied,painted,shaded,blacklined and varnished,a hanger fixed and its ready for sale.
As well as the signs I am putting on the site to be bought I do customized signs for whatever pattern, colour and wording you desire.
I would also like to say that I could not be able to do all this without the help of my wife.
