hi folks, like many new faces i have been a ebay powerseller under the same user name for almost a decade and have now decided to give ebid a try. My feedback on ebay has been 100% my customer service is great, i post within 2 days of receiving payment and have not had a neg in years so trust me i am a good honest seller.
I sell high quality crystal and other glass, also the odd bit of quality jewellery and some collectables.
my business policies: i accept returns if i have made an error as to age, condition, authenticity or even if when it arrives you don't like it. As long as it is returned in the same condition as i sent it i refund in full including the cost of return postage. The only time i don't pay the cost of return postage is if you have changed your mind.
I endevour to offer a safe reliable service and you won't get any nasty surprises. I discribe each item to the best of my abilities.
I expect payment within 3 working days- if there is a problem simply contact me to let me know.
If you can't find what you are looking for in the crystal line simply email with a wish list and i will do my best.
postage and packaging: I use bubblewrap and reused sturdy boxes, i pack professionally and have not had an item arrive broken or damaged for over 5 years. Where possible i can combine postage cost to save you money.
Postage & packaging cost- i charge between 50p and £1 on top of Royal mail or courier costs. Only additional cost would be on expensive items if insurance was required.
