Item was advertised as 'style' payment was made reasonably quick. Purchaser then emailed me to request a refund as she said item had a stain on it, my auctions clearly state all sales are final however I asked her to email pictures and if I was in the wrong I would refund However after receiving a VERY abusive email stating that she wanted nothing more to do with me I took it she didn't want a refund. I have copied in one of the emails she sent me:......"LOOK ITS OBVIOUS YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I JUST WONT BE BUYING OFF YOU AGAIN OR E.BID, I WILL BE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF REFUNDING ME, YOU WOULD OF KNOWN FULL WELL THE CONDITION OF THE BAG WHEN YOU PACKED IT. ITS NOT NECESSARY FOR ME TO TAKE PICTURES, YOU ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME.!!!NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON E.BAY." As you can see she's not a very nice person to deal with take my advice stay well clear, just look at the feedback she's left me would you want to deal with her? A new person to ebid.
