My store is here to bring you gift various gift and novelty items that you might like for yourself or as a gift for someone else.

Returns

We're happy to accept returns. Goods must be returned within 7 days un-opened, un-damaged and with all original content via recorded mail in the event of an incorrect purchase or change of mind. A 20% handling/restocking fee will be chargable and postage costs are non refundable in this case.

If a product is returned due to a possible fault and is found to be faulty then a full refund will be issued without question. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in both cases.

Delivery

Our delivery prices are for mainland UK only. If you want to deliver to Northern Ireland or to a British Forces Postcode please contact us as charges can vary. We post most items via First Class Mail and Parcelforce 48 hours for larger/heavier items.

Items are always well packaged and sent out in good time, usually within 48 hours of your order being place. So if you order on a Monday morning the latest we will despatch it is Wednesday.
