Returns are accepted and a full refund will be issued on return of any hand knitted item(s) within 14 days of receiving goods provided they are returned in an unused condition.
All items are posted by 1st class post within 3-5 days after payment has been received. Cost of packaging materials and postage are all included in the price of the item.
I always obtain proof of postage should an item get lost so you can make a claim from the Post Office.
Please allow extra time for postage during holiday times. I make every effort to email a customer as soon as I possibly can.
