ABOUT
All The Pretty Things is based in the UK. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

COMBINED POSTAGE
If you wish to purchase more than one item contact me and I'll get you a quote based on the overall weight of the items you have selected.
I am happy to combine postage if you buy more than one item (please contact me so I can adjust the price before checkout). The price will be based on the overall weight of the items once packed. If you live locally please feel free to collect.

PAYMENT
I accept paypal and personal cheques (cheques from UK customers only - NO overseas cheques). Please don't forget that paypal process credit cards and debit cards too via the guest checkout facility. Please pay within 24 hours of ordering or if paying by cheque let me know it's on its way.

RETURNS
I accept returns, as required by the distance sales regulations. Buyer to pay return postage on returned goods. If you wish to return an item please contact me before dispatch. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were dispatched in and packaged appropriately within 14 days of receipt.

REFUNDS
Refunds are granted for geniue reasons, please contact me for a resolution if there has been a problem with an order.

SHIPPING 
I ship worldwide. UK postage rates apply to UK mainland only. Please note that my postage price (where applicable) includes post and packing not just the surface cost. As I ship worldwide I always aim to pack my parcels as safely as possible, especially as I have breakable items for sale. I tend to use Royal Mail 2nd class but larger parcels bigger than the specified weight for Royal Mail might be sent via another, more economical service. I send my items uninsured and untracked, unless specified otherwise in the listing. If you have any special requirements, such as special delivery, please let me know as this will affect the final postage cost. All overseas items are sent via air-mail unless you request otherwise, remember surface is availabel too, it's cheaper but it takes much longer.

CUSTOMS
For overseas customers, please check that your item is permitted by customs before placing your order. Please remember that customs charges may apply to your goods, these will need to be paid the buyer.

DELIVERY TIMES
I aim to dispatch within 3 working days of payment, please note this is not a delivery time, delivery times will vary according to the final destination and general delays. UK deliveries take approx 7 days, European deliveries (including the European Union) take approx 10 days, and deliveries to anywhere else in the world approx 14 days.  Please allow extra time for arrival over weekends, bank holidays, postal strikes, adverse weather and air/travel strikes. Please note, these times are estimations and occassionally items can take longer, especially deliveries going overseas.

PROBLEMS
If there are any problems with your order please contact me before leaving feedback so that the issue can be resolved.

FEEDBACK
I will leave feedback after your item has arrived and you are satisfied with it. Please leave feedback for each item you receive, even if the feedback says the same.

ABOUT ME
I am a UK based sole trader. My photos are always of the actual item for sale and not stock photos.
