Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
If you check out our feedback from ebay you will find that we have very good buyer feedback.
We had only one customer that gave us 2 bad ones, that ebay actually removed the comment but refused to take the bad rating away. Not right since ebay agreed that that buyer was wrong by doing that.
The problem was that the USPS had the package with 2 items in it (combined shipping) too long until it was delivered and the buyer was not happy. That unfortunately is out of my control. Looking at the other feedback you will find that we ship the same business day or the next, if it is too late in the day to go out the same day.

Other then that there is not a whole lot to tell you, because anybody can say anything. So what counts is the feedback I would think.
