Hi, I'm Helen - a private (non-business) seller selling off some of my own unwanted items.

I haven't had a chance to build up much feedback yet, but I hope this doesn't put you off! I take customer service very seriously and will do my best to make sure your transaction is trouble-free. I have a very small amount of feedback on eBay which you are welcome to check (seller name: hmackie2).

 

PAYMENTS

I accept payments via Paypal.

Payment is due within 7 calendar days of auction close if paying by Paypal, and 12 calendar days of auction close if paying by Postal Order. If payment is not received within this time, I reserve the right to consider the item unsold, instigate the non-paying bidder process, and re-list the item.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are generally stated separately in the item listing, to be added to the final selling price.

Where there is an option for uninsured shipping as well as an option for insured shipping, the buyer selects uninsured shipping at their own risk.

For higher value items I may include only shipping options with tracking and/or insurance.
If you are buying more than one item from me at the same time, please contact me for a combined shipping cost before paying.

I aim to ship within 2 working days of receipt of cleared Paypal payment/cashed Postal Order. I will endeavour to cash a Postal Order within 2 working days of receiving it.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Sorry; returns accepted only for items significantly not as described in the text/displayed in the photograph(s).

Please bear in mind that second-hand items will very possibly show some wear and tear or even damage. I try to photograph the items so that this can be seen, and describe it as clearly as possible in the listings.

If you feel an item you have received is significantly not as described in the text/photographed in the listing, please contact me within 7 calendar days of receipt to discuss this. I would welcome you doing this before leaving poor feedback. We can then agree a return postal method/cost. As I can't be responsible for loss of, or damage to, returned items in the post, this will need to be a method which includes obtaining proof of postage, and insurance for high-value items.

I will refund you the item, outward postage, and return postage costs (for our agreed postal method) only when I receive the returned item, in the condition I shipped it in, and providing it is received within 7 calendar days of our agreement regarding the postage method.

 

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any further terms and conditions applicable to a particular item will appear in the listing for the item.
