Hello and welcome. I have been using auction sites for nearly three years now, more for buying than selling, although recently I seem to be spending more time listing than buying. I have experienced good and bad sellers in my time and know what I expect from a seller. I always treat my buyers with the same consideration that I would expect from a seller. I list my items accurately, my postage charge is the actual cost to send the item with between 20p and 40p for my packaging. I pack my items well and send either the same day if payment is received by 1pm or the next day, Monday to Friday. I prefer payment by Paypal although I am happy to accept other payment methods but please contact me first. If you buy/win more than one item from me I do combine postage so please wait for me to send you an invoice before you make payment. I believe communication between a buyer and seller is essential, (not always necessary when things go smoothly,) without it any problems cannot be of resolved. I am a very approachable person and if you were to have a problem I would always appreciate being given the chance to rectify it and I can promise you, you wouldn’t be left disappointed. I sell a variety of things but mainly Avon, I have opened a store for my Avon products to help you find what you may be looking for easier, but I also have other listings that may be of interest to you, please take a look.
