PAYMENT
Our preferred methods of payment is pppay and paypal, goods will not be despatched until cleared payment has been recieved. Your purchase is fully inclusive of Vat. Important please do not bid if you do not fully understand THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this sale, if in any doubt please contact me.
SHIPPING
We only ship to your paypal verified address, paypal prohibit us from delivering to any other location. Our couriers are Royal Mail business post, and all products are shipped 1st class.
RETURN POLICY
All products are insured during transit and any damaged or faulty goods can be replaced, refunded or exchanged. We also operate a 7 days return policy if you do not like the product or feel it is not for you. You can return the item to us within 7 days as long as you have not opened the packaging or broken the seal. Any return postage costs are the buyers responsibility. Please email me and include the order ID, your name and the reason for your refund request. When you then receive your return number from us ( usually within 24 hours ), you can then post the item back to us. ALL ITEMS MUST BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY. If you post a return to us without recorded delivery, you do so at your own risk. If a package goes missing in transit we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing it.
OUT OF STOCK PROCEDURE
In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be informed when the item is due in back in stock, ( normally no longer than 5 days ) if you are unwilling to wait, you may request a refund immediately. This is merely a warning as these occasions are very rare.
