since leaving original feedback, this matter has come to an acceptable conclusion. i received a full refund, which included postage costs and the seller kindly gave me three pieces of her handmade jewellery - which i have to say are beautiful. if the original transaction had been carried out as it should have - i know that i would have been back for a lot more items. i am sorry but i do not feel i can leave a positive feedback simply because the amount of time it has taken to settle this matter. i really do wish you great success and am pleased that the reasons for the original delay are no longer an issue for you. (original feedback follows) i will change feedback once a full refund or goods are received. am really upset by your behaviour. emails are ignored. haven given so many chances. this is criminal behaviour. action will be taken.
feedback has now been amended as a full refund was received as well as three quality pieces of handmade jewellery. it is a real shame that things have been this way, as the items are really pretty. i am sorry but i do not feel i can amend feedback to praise because of the amount of time it has taken to resolve this matter. i am glad that your situation has improved and wish you every success. (original feedback follows) i have shown great patience with this seller. so many promises have been broken by her, she has changed names 3 times, given me a variety of excuses but still i have not received the goods i paid for.
