L D Retail Ltd and was formed in 2008 to provide a fast, safe and reliable way for shoppers to purchase a wide range of products from the comfort of their own home.
Starting as a small family business L D Retail has undergone recent expansion leading to the creation of Foxy Tees, Funks Fashion & Something Naughty.
Returns Policy
Our aim is to provide 100% customer satisfaction along with excellent customer service for shopping at one of our stores. We offer a no nonsense returns policy.
Adult toys can be returned to us as long as the packaging remains intact.
You can return an item to use for an exchange or refund for up to 30 days after the purchase date. You do not need to return your item by recorded post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.
We are unable to accept returns of lubricants, condoms, massage oils if they are not faulty or have been opened.
Remember that you must keep all labels and tags intact on the lingerie. If these are removed or tampered with we will be unable to accept the returned item.
Please remember to ensure that all faulty items are cleaned and wrapped in a plastic bag. All products are tested and will be returned to you if they are not faulty.

- You can return an item to us up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Faulty items can also be returned free of charge for an exchange or refund up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be in the condition that you received them and in their original packaging.
Distance Selling Regulations
The EU Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state that you have the right to cancel your order with us without giving a reason for 7 days. At L D Retail we go that bit further. Returning lingerie & clothing
What happens if you try lingerie on and it doesn't fit? No problem! If you do try lingerie on, please make sure you keep your knickers on though.Remember that you must keep all labels and tags intact on the lingerie. If these are removed or tampered with we will be unable to accept the returned item.
Returning DVDs
As long as you have not opened the packaging or plastic seal we will be happy for you to return DVDs to us. Unfortunately as accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations we are unable to accept returns if DVDs have been opened.Faulty Items
If you believe an item to be faulty, please include a full description of the fault in the return. All packaging and instructions should also be returned to us for a refund for replacement item.Please remember to ensure that all faulty items are cleaned and wrapped in a plastic bag. All products are tested and will be returned to you if they are not faulty.
Refunds
The European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 require us to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation. At L D Retail we will refund much quicker - typically within 7 days of receiving back the item.How to return a product
If you wish to return an item, please ensure you include your order number and reason for return. Wrap the item securely in a plastic bag and send to:

You do not need to have the package sent by Recorded Delivery, simply ask the post office for a certificate of posting.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
