Knights Enterprises was formed in January 2008 and has three trading names, Knights Emporium, knightsmilitaria and Knights1066 here on eBid. We are based in Reading, Berkshire in the sunny south of England. 

Before you start thinking that we are a huge corporation or something let me explain we are not. The reasons for laying out the business this way are complicated and beyond the scope of this short resume. At the momment I run the business more or less single handed with the help of a few others.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Gary and I am the Proprietor. I am a retired regular of the British Armed Forces and have over thirteen years experience in both the Royal Air Force and Welsh Guards. Since leaving the the Forces, I have had experience in corporate blue chip companies and more recently the Civil Service until I was retired on health grounds. Not being quite ready for putting one foot in the grave just yet, I decided I wanted to work for myself and make a sucess out of something I know about. Military Medals & Badges.

Our mission statement is, 'Quality at an affordable price' and is intended to mean just that. We will not sell you anything that has not been quality checked, fit for purpose and price reviewed. I personally check and list each item and try to make the description as accurate as possible. We also put a lot of effort into making sure that items are sucurely packaged and correctly addressed so that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible. Sometimes mistakes can occur, after all we are only human, but we try to rectify any mistakes as quickly and painlessly as possible. I believe that the key to sucess is good customer service. Something sadly lacking in the UK at the moment.

 POSTING POLICY

Knights will always try to give you the best possible deal on postage & packaging wherever possible. We are not here to try and make a profit out of postage costs. Discounts will be given on invoices for combined orders where recurring postage costs have been added.

Your items will be securely packaged in bubble envelopes and addressed clearly with printed labels. Customers who pay through Pay Pal will be addressed with a pre-paid label via the Royal Mail system. We always obtain proof of postage on all orders dispatched. Orders will normally be dispatched within five working days after cleared payment. Should there be an unforseen delay on your order we will notify you as soon as possible giving you the reason why and when we expect your order to be dispatched.
