US SHIPPING - We ship either First Class, Priority Mail or UPS. Shipments through USPS will have a delivery confirmation number to track your package at www.usps.com. UPS shipments will also have a tracking number which can be tracked at www.ups.com. We generally ship within 1 business days and will combine multiple items to save on shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We do ship internationally using Priority Mail International. Insurance is required for the full value of the shipment. It takes about 6-10 business days for delivery and can be tracked at www.usps.com. Any duties or fees through customs will be the buyers responsibility.
SALES TAX - A 5.5% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a Wisconsin address.
RETURNS - We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please email us and we will give you further instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and the original shipping costs.
PAYMENT - We currently use PayPal for all payments. We appreciate prompt payment.
