seller not responding to emails.never shipped out item with tracking provided.i reminder her that early morning of that est time,for tracking,never got it cancelled my order,without my permission.plus i payed for priorty mail it comes with free tracking.plus now she tells me after 3days. now heres some of her lies do not listen or believe her and did this without my permisson.Original Question : seller not responding to emails.never shipped out item with tracking provided. Answer : Dennis, It has been less than 72 hrs and...You've contacted me over 25 TIMES and your order was less than 48 hrs old. You left neg feedback, which was your intent from the beginning. Your order was placed on a WEEKEND. So, it was processed Monday. You expected your tracking information at 4:13 AM AM on Monday? Did you really think that I would have tracking information then? I assured you that it was in stock and would be quickly mailed. You did not pay for tracking but I added that as a precaution (after this many emails). You froze your payment through Paypal and told them that you had not received your product it had been less than 48 hrs-does it say in my ad you'll have your tracking and product in just hours?. Anyone who has over 550 transactions knows that, don't you? It has been less than 2 business days and you are upset that you don't have your order already! So, I canceled your order yesterday and I now have verification of cancelation. It was difficult to get that job done through our warehouse since I had placed the order 1st thing Monday morning. Since you have filed against me with Paypal I will let them handle your refund. I have done everything that I have in my auction ad and more. Kelly.well kelly is now being forced by paypal to refund my money credit to credit card for what she has done ,instead of properly responding back asap with progress of shipping and tracking which is free ,which i payed for 2-3 day priorty mail.full of excuses and lies,well kelly is now being forced by paypal to refund my money credit to credit card for what she has done.
