Games and DVD's, music to home and garden utensils and items. We are sure that you will find something that you want, wether it's the unusual or just a gift for friends and family.
We have been trading online and through catalogue sales for some years, and strive to provide the best service that we can offer. We would like to treat people as we would expect to be treated ourselves. Please contact us with any problems or questions and we will do our utmost to help in any way possible.
Auction Listings and Descriptions: To the best of our ability, all descriptions will be as accurate as possible, note that some auctions may not have pictures. The auction will state clearly the condition of the item being offered for sale, and typing errors will try to be avoided.
For electrical items, the plugs are UK compatible, any adapters will be included, this will be clearly stated in the auction if this is the case. For battery operated items, then batteries will be supplied. For DVD/video game auctions, the region of play will be stated in the description.
Most auctions are listed without pictures, but these can be provided as requested.
Payment: Online payment through Paypal, Moneybookers, PPPay.com or bank transfer. Cash on collection may be requested, for buyers in the local area.
Shipping: All shipping within the UK will be sent trackable, therefore a signature will be required upon delivery. However insurance may be added as an optional for the buyer if requested; unless the item(s) have a value of £100+, in which case they will be sent trackable and insured. For seller and buyer protection.
Items can be sent worldwide, but this will depend on shipping rules for each country, as some items may not be allowed in some areas. Buyers please note that once a parcel has left the UK, then their own country of residence may impose other taxes/customs charges, which the buyer will be responsible for. International trackable postage will be considerably more in shipping costs.
For orders of £60+ delivery for UK mainland will be free.
For overseas export of heavier items, then the buyer can email for shipping costs.
Returns: We would wish our customers to be happy with their purchases from us. The buyer has the option to return any product, in the condition it was received by them for up to a full year. We would recommend to send by a trackable service. Once the item has been received back, then replacements or refunds can be issued.
