Welcome to my member page. I have been a member since July 2003. I prefer buying but occasionally I will be selling an assorted mixture of items from baby stuff to Buffy the Vampire Slayer memorabilia to computer games. I am interested in buying reusable cloth nappies and home craft items. I also like aromatherapy, yoga & reflexology, books and toys.The Small Print
QUALITYI always try to describe items fully and honestly and provide a picture where possible. I will not refund for a difference of opinion of quality or change of mind or not suiting requirements.
PAYMENT METHODS
I prefer payment by PayPal. I also accept FastPay, Nochex, PPPay or Personal Cheque and Postal Orders. If paying by cheque/postal order, please include your user ID and the item number(s) with payment. In some circumstances, I can also accept Bank Transfer (I bank with First Direct part of the HSBC Group). Please do not bid if you cannot pay by one of these methods.

Please send payment within 7 days of auction close. If contact is not made within 5 days, I will send a payment reminder. If payment is not received within 7 days of auction close, I will send a payment reminder and give another 3 days to pay after which time, I will start the Non-Paying Bidder process. If you are having trouble sending payment, please do let me know so we can resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
I will not ship outside of the UK. Please do not bid if you are outside the UK.
POSTING
Unless otherwise stated in the auction description, item will be posted first class by Royal Mail on receipt of online payment or cleared cheque/postal order. In most cases, item will be posted within 2 working days of payment. I always obtain proof of postage. I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. For items of particular value, I will offer the option of Recorded Delivery at a cost of 64p to the seller. In the event of any problem eg a lost parcel, I will initiate the claiming process and will post to you the proof of postage slip and completed claim form by Recorded Delivery for you to follow up directly with the Post Office. If I am delayed in sending your item, I will always try to let you know.
DELIVERY
Please let me know you have received your item safely either by leaving relevant feedback or emailing me. I always email buyers when the item has been posted. If you do not receive your item within a couple of days of posting, please let me know. If you do not contact me, I will assume you are happy with your purchase. I will not honour claims of lost items after two weeks of postage.
FEEDBACK
I will always leave positive feedback if I am happy with the transaction. Please do the same if you are happy too. If you do have any valid problems, please let me know first so we can try to resolve it.
