Postage & Packing All of our DVD’s come with Free UK postage and packing, and a Low international Airmail charge of 2.75 GBP. All other items are charged by weight and service and are priced as accurately as possible. All items are sent by signed for delivery service and are insured at no extra cost to the buyer. This is to protect both the buyer and seller. Returns and Refund Policy All items must be checked on delivery and if damaged a return form must be submitted to enable us to replace or refund cost as quickly as possible. Return forms are sent on request by email or Phone. All items are watermarked for security and quality checked before postage. Returns must be done within 7 days of purchase. Payments We accept PPPay.com, Paypal, Moneybookers.com , Nochex and Bank transfers and Google Checkout. We do not charge any fees for which ever payment method you use. We cannot accept cheques or postal orders as it is too time consuming for us to process.  |
