Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
Hi there,
My name is Johnny Clarke, I live in New Alresford, Hampshire and re.started my dolls house hobby in late 2013 when I won a beautiful home made dolls house in 1/12th scale. It was made between 1941-45..dated because when I removed a roof panel to wire in new electrics I discovered it had been made from ply packing cases delivered to R.A.F Rednal just south of Liverpool, and was addressed to there, further online googling told me some more of the 'story' so exciting. The house was lovingly made., and backs up what the seller told me, she had bought it brom an 81 year old lady (same age as my mum) who's father had built it for her when she was a child. I am now in the stages of restoring/renovating it, somewhat 'modernising' it, well..bringing it into the mid to late 1960s as a copy of my Nan's house as I remeber it as a child back then and trying to keep a lot of it's original charm and quirkiness as well, not an easy task, but I'm following my heardt and so far it has proved very faithful.
