Returns Accepted
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it should be reported within 3 days and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 14 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement. If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us. The returned item should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
